2020 The Year of the STS Culture

What is Corporate Culture.  Corporate Culture is the set of principles, beliefs, standards and behaviors that characterize members of the organisation and determine how employees and management deal with and handle internal and external business transactions. It is felt and experienced by all stakeholders of the organisation, whether internal or external.  Corporate Culture is not so much defined as it is implied and develops organically over time as a result of the traits, values and work ethics of employees hired and retained by the organisation. Finally, a strong and solid Corporate Culture is timeless, remaining constant in the face of adversity and change.

As to the STS Culture, it is a source of great pride to us and is infamous among STS employees, past and present, as one of our greatest strengths as an organisation and our biggest attractions as an employer.  And it is not just our employees that attest to the STS Culture but every customer, partner, supplier, vendor and even competitors can all vouch for the unique STS Culture and the ethics and values behind it that give STS the impeccable reputation it has and that make it the great organisation it is today.

A reflection of the values, standards and ethics of our Founders, the STS Culture has been rooted in the same principles and values since it’s inception 30 years ago.  While growing and expanding into a Market Leader in Jordan and the Region, the Principles of STS and its Founders have never waivered and the result is a strong and proud culture that embodies our 7 Principles of Collaboration, Commitment, Customer Centricity, Excellence, Employee Engagement, Integrity and Innovation.  

And today, as we travel the road to our Digital Transformation and implement our Digital Culture Program, one of the first of its kind in the country, we prove yet again the timelessness of our Culture which is very relevant in this time of transformation and change.  Our principles of Collaboration, Excellence, Commitment and Innovation especially are at the heart of Digital Culture and are yet another confirmation that STS has what it takes to ride this new Digital wave and come out a winner.
