Ensuring Business Continuity
Disasters are unpredictable and vary with the amount of damage and interruption it can cause, where businesses especially malls cannot tolerate, and since data is the oil of the 21st century. STS had the right solution to future proof this business by creating two virtual machines on Azure to migrate the data on them and configure a backup for these virtual machines. With this approach, City mall guarantees the safety and accessibility of its data in case of a disaster of any kind, such as power failure or any unpredictable weather condition.
Exploring Modern Communication with Office 365
Moving forward with their strategy to achieving a modernized and digitized workplace, City mall chose to adopt Microsoft Office 365 which encompasses a wide range of features and tools that empower employees to unlock creativity, enable teamwork so they can deliver the uttermost experience for their customers.
STS Migrated City Mall’s Exchange users to Office 365 (100 Users) with around 600 GB of data so they can centralize their emails into a single database in the Microsoft Cloud and therefore providing accessibility anywhere, anytime. In addition to that, Office 365 built a platform where City Mall employees can share files, communicate with each other externally & internally in the most protective and secure manner.

As part of the project scope, STS’s professional team will be responsible for managing the whole services offered in terms of Implementation and Migration, and providing a Proactive 24/7 Management & Monitoring topped by a 24/7 Support so they can focus on their core business.
STS also provided a full two courses Training for the City Mall team at the STS Training Center led by Microsoft Certified Trainer/Instructor.
